With the passing of the cold front, temperatures over the next several days are going to get much cooler. Rain should also be sparse, though a brief chance for some exists Thursday and Friday over portions of western and eastern lower Michigan respectively.

The big news though is what may be on the way this weekend. According to the GFS, Saturday's overnight/early Sunday morning's low temperatures may actually dip into the
30s for the first time since spring.

Those clinging to the last throes of summer shouldn't despair just yet, though, as the same model predicts temperatures to return to the 80s by next Tuesday.
