Models/observations suggest isolated thunderstorms with heavy rain likely this afternoon in Thumb, SE MI

Yet another warm, muggy and unstable day should ignite more thunderstorms in the Saginaw Valley, Thumb and SE lower Michigan regions this afternoon.  This will potentially cause already saturated areas to take on even more water, leading to some flooding concerns.
