Event pretty much over north of I-69, south still may see some severe weather

The squall line which wreaked so much havoc throughout the Thumb Area and parts of Mid Michigan is finally weakening and tapering off.  Only one severe thunderstorm warning remains for Michigan, which is areas in and around Kalamazoo.  A great deal of lightning continues to strike near my location and it is still raining, but it's safe to say that the worst is over.

While the weather service hasn't officially confirmed it, video evidence confirms a tornado touchdown in the Owendale area, where considerable damage was done earlier today.  I also recorded this storm as it passed near Pigeon, and saw some of the strongest rotation I've ever witnessed.

Considerable damage has been reported throughout Huron County, and numerous power outages are ongoing.  There are even some reports of lightning-sparked fires.  I will be making posts as more damage reports are made and confirmed throughout the coming days.  There's going to be a lot of cleaning up to do.
