Widespread rain is moving into portions of central lower Michigan, and should be gracing the tri cities by lunch time, and southeast Michigan/the Thumb by early afternoon. Looking more closely at this, I'd not rule out a stray rumble of thunder or two in this mess, though I still think our best chances for storms are going to be this evening.
