Storms rapidly weakening, though most of the county is getting drenched

The storms which looked so formidable hit rain cooled stabilized air and dropped like rocks.  The remnants are still blanketing Huron County pretty well, though.  Eastern Huron might still see a brief heavy downpour or two.
